Bio: I am one of the few people in the world with proven experience in the three main tiers of the energy sector - oil, gas and power. A Chartered Power System Protection Engineer involved in the design of protection schemes for Power System Plants such as Transformers, Cables, Overhead Lines, Busbars etc on the electricity network. This includes the calculation of settings and the coordination of protection systems on the network. I have a strong background in Power System Studies required for the planning and protection of power systems - Power Flow, Power system Stability, Earthing Studies, Economic dispatch, System Modelling etc using Network Analysis tools. I am keenly interested in training and mentoring others and I am happily married with two lovely daughters!
